12" Cast Iron Self-Basting Lid

This 12 in lid fits and completes the 12 in Braising Pan. The self-basting nubs on the underside of the lid deliver moisture back into the dish you are cooking, keeping it nice and juicy. The top handle is a beautifully designed brass abstraction of a cherry branch, adding an ornamental element to this functional cast iron lid.
